With over 20 years experience as an applied psychologist, I use evidence-based research to sort through the myths and uncover best practices. Through the integration of critical perspectives and feminist pedagogy, I guide participants to develop awareness and skills that support their leadership development. I use my research and expertise to empower women to thrive as leaders in all areas of their lives.
